Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in strategic civil litigation, Mariana Zonenschein is admitted to the Bar in Brazil (OAB/RJ and OAB/SP) and Portugal (OA). Founding partner of Zonenschein Advocacia and Z.Creators, she leads a multidisciplinary team recognized for its performance in complex disputes, intellectual property, contract law, and debt recovery.

She advises and represents national and multinational companies, as well as high-profile individuals, in sectors such as steel, logistics, retail, technology, entertainment, and consumer goods. Her expertise spans contract enforcement, asset tracing, succession law, and litigation strategy, with a strong focus on credit recovery and legal efficiency.

Mariana is a Master of Business Law candidate at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/SP), where her research focuses on procedural strategies and technological tools for optimizing civil credit recovery. With over 20 years of experience in fashion retail, she has worked with brands like Zara and Animale, blending branding, style, and consumer experience. Specialized in Visual Merchandising and consumer behavior, she brings a strategic perspective on trends and brand positioning. Her work bridges product, communication, and commercial operations.

With over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, she has held leadership positions at  Grupo Soma, Inbrands and Arezzo&CO where she developed business in Schutz and Arezzo brands, and served as a New Business  Director in this fashion group. Her last positions was as a Brand Director at Brizza Arezzo. She is the founder of MT Consultancy and Lado Z — a digital platform dedicated to fashion, beauty, and art — and is also a partner and the Commercial & Partnerships Director at Z.Creators. Her academic background includes executive programs at MIT, Hyper Island, and Istituto Marangoni London, along with international experience in trend research and product development.
